Taylor’s Fashion Show// Cute Outfits I can STILL WEAR from 5 YEARS ago

In this article, I’m going to show you how to make outfits from 5 years ago still look cute. πŸ’•. What do I mean by that?? Well, all my clothes I wear now still fit from at least 5 years ago, if not longer. So I’m going to show you how to make them look cute even today.

YouTube video here

The basics:

The basics of showing off your unique style from 5 years ago is to just be yourself. I know, I know… but that’s boring I want to be trendy… well, news flash no you don’t! Even YouTube these days…. just be yourself and your personality is what people watch! To that my friends I say is truth!! There is a million and one different ways to say the same thing… but the reason people read or watch your content is because of simply your personality!

Ok, now that I got that out of the way: let’s get started!

This first outfit I bought in Canada, and the saying reminds me to believe in myself even when things get tough! πŸ’•

This next one I thrifted, and the zebra print represents 2016 me for sure!! xD I was very much into zebras at this point in life.

This next one is from Maurices I know for sure!! I would wear this to a job interview anyway. “Dress like your famous, Own it!” That couldn’t be more true! Law of attraction is definitely real in this world.

This next outfit is a leopard print dressy summery top that I got from my mom a while back. I’ll be honest; it’s a little snug around my tummy area, but it’s still cute and I wear it out sometimes. πŸ™‚

I feel like a farm girl with this long sleeved plaid top. I don’t wear this often, but in the winter mostly. I can’t believe it still kinda fits. Lol go me!!

Personally I love a good purple in my wardrobe and I’ll have to say this is it!! Mostly because it’s dressy and I like to dress up every once in a while. ❀️ This one was also given to me by my mom while I was still in high school. πŸ‘ By far one of my favorite she has given me despite the fact it’s getting hard to wear now. Hehe I’m growing up around my belly and it shows.

Welcome to the world of zebras.. I’m honestly surprised I don’t have more like this one. I thrifted this a few years back, and I still wear it sometimes. It’s pretty loose and comfy on me so that’s a plus. Comfy clothes is my jam! Pair it with a cute under eye black eye liner and you got yourself a cute night out outfit. Your welcome!

This one, as you can tell, I can be completely myself in this!! I got this at Maurices I don’t remember when, but I love the saying on this one!! It says”Memories take ups back; dreams take us forward.” That is so true in our era to remember that our dreams move us forward. If we think about the past too much, it’ll define our future. Dreams are so important! πŸ’• dream away.

This is a husband favorite 😁. In my video I show a brief reason why.. lol. I thrifted this one as well, I think. I really do like this one as well because it’s my favorite color, purple!

Ok, on to my last couple of outfits here. This one makes me look like I’m back in high school. I’ve always looked younger that I am ( thanks mom and dad). This one makes my eyes stand out so well because my eyes are blue too! I can still style this even from 8 years ago, go me!! ❀️

Ok, last and final one, and my personal favorite! I’m in love with this top because my favorite senior pictures are with the ones that have this outfit with them. It’s absolutely screams my personally for sure!! ❀️

Ok guys, I hope you all enjoyed this little fashion show, brought to you by muah!! If you have any questions, message me on my socials. 😁 Information is in the about section. I hope you all have a lovely day and I’ll see you later in my next post! Love ya!

Storytime: My Favorite Childhood Memory

You know how we all have a childhood, right? I feel like mine was decent, to say the least. Anyways, today I am going to answer what my favorite childhood memory is… and then my brain wandered off to think about age, what is a memory, and so on.

Then I figured it’s any memory that you can think of that you classify as childhood. Ok, boom got it!

Watch my YouTube video here

My favorite childhood memory is when I was like 2 years old, and my sister (bless her heart) put me in a laundry basket.. Now, before you click out continue reading.. it gets better I promise!!

Back story, I couldn’t walk until I was 4. I was diagnosed with cerepal palsy because of this condition. Long story short, I had surgery to help me walk. Let’s see if I can describe it in the best way possible. The doctors had to cut my Achilles tendon because I only walked on my knees or tip toe, never flat foot. Shout out to the SHRINERS HOSPITAL for the help to learn how to walk!! I had to have braces on my legs for like 6 months, so I wasn’t able to move much.

Forward to when I was like 2.5 years old, my sister put me in a laundry basket. Guys, I kid you not; I LOVED this thing!! xD I’d just sit and chill in a laundry basket for no reason.

The moral of the story: your child may like a laundry basket possibly more than the new toy on the market. 🀣 No shame in a simple laundry basket. I love my sisters and my parents to death because without them; I wouldn’t be walking today. I have surpassed a lot of milestones in my life. Thanks family!!

Bonus: Just because you thought your childhood was crap, doesn’t mean your adulthood will be. Keep in touch with your family as much as possible! You never know will happen to them. Love them anyways. πŸ’•

My Lil FAMILY! πŸ’•

This is my life as a homemaker. My husband, Tyler and and our two fur babies left, Buddy, and right, Frankie!

Tyler, my husband, is my LIFE! I mean, this man is so freaking amazing and understanding always. My life is perfect with him in it. My full reason for living right here!! He completes me in EVERY way possible I can’t even some days! Everyone we know say that we are perfect for each other, which is a 100% true statement! πŸ’• We are soo much alike it’s not even funny, ok, well it is. Haha! Tyler, I love you.

My fur baby, the one who made me a dog mama. Buddy, who is a mix half beashawn and half beagle. He is the cutest dog, even tho he is onery some days.

My other fur baby, Frankie! He is half jack Russell terrier and half Yorkie terrier. He is literally my other half in dog form because I have always wanted a terrier and my wish came true. Frankie acts just like me, it’s crazy, and I always say he is preparing me for toddler life because he keeps me young, just like my husband. πŸ˜‚

I love my little family, and I can’t wait to have a little human running around too.

About Me

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Get To Know Me

Hey Everyone!! Welcome to itsataybugslyfe life. This a new blog site I am creating centered around the lifestyle of a housewife without kids. We do plan on having kids in the near future, but right now we are focused on being married. ❀️ One day at a time as my husband calls it. πŸ’•

Anyways, a little background about me. I was born and raised in a little town of Fort Scott, Kansas. They say Kansas weather is everyday… and they aren’t wrong. Lol. I am the baby of the family, practically an only child because my two sisters are 13 and 16 years older than me. My birthday is on November 13, 1992, and yes it was on a Friday. ( lucky day for my parents). I will not into too much detail about my early life, but if you have any questions; just ask! All you need to know is that I am a high school graduate, graduated in 2011.

In 2016, I met the love of my life, and we were married on May 24, 2019. ❀️ That man, I could say a million things about him, but I’ll keep this short. I’m sure you will hear all about it in my upcoming posts. πŸ˜‚

I think that’s pretty much it, short and sweet. I want to keep my personal life private, and share things as I go. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Also, don’t forget to follow me on my socials!
